• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS, with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs procedures, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Flooring Samples (as they are small, open samples)
• Opened or used Flooring Tools & Accessories
• Any personalised or custom-made items
• Items purchased on clearance or sale

5.3 Return Process

To return an item:

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item to the address provided in your authorisation email using a tracked service.

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
